JL Event Pro is experienced at all aspects of meeting and conference planning and execution for groups ranging in size from 10 to 2,500. We can assist with specific areas, such as speakers, exhibitors, travel and accommodations, venue sourcing, catering, and vendors. We can also manage oversight of the entire project and/or work with your existing partners to ensure smooth execution.

We support corporations in their trade show participation as well. Available services include identifying and securing booth space in relevant trade shows, design and procurement of quality promotional items, and management of trade show calendars and staff communication to keep everyone on track and ensure deadlines are met.
