About Us

Jasmine Lee has been planning and producing meetings and events for almost 20 years. Starting in the world of sports, Jasmine worked in university athletic marketing, the Arena Football League, the NBA D-League (now G League), and ESPN College GameDay.  She also enjoyed a graduate internship with Walt Disney World, planning recognition and social events.  She earned a Bachelor's in Communication Studies, a Master's in Sport Management, a graduate certification in Event Management, and professional certifications from the International Live Events Association and the National Recreation and Park Association.

Jasmine has produced events ranging from small concerts to multi-day festivals that attract tens of thousands of attendees, built sponsorship programs generating over $1 million annually in cash and trade value, developed media plans, and executed over 150 events.  She has interviewed on-site and in-studio with every major news station in North Texas, and served as emcee for events ranging from 100-20,000 guests.  She is an active member of the International Festival and Events Association, a former board member of the Texas Recreation and Park Society, and has spoken at local, state, and national conferences on building and maintaining quality event and sponsorship programs.

Jasmine has a wide range of experience and a thorough understanding of the needs and expectations of municipal event planners, non-profit organizations, and private festival producers working with public venues. She is excited to help others grow events, expand sponsorship revenue, and enhance the attendee experience.
